Measuring Up Reporting

After gathering information, Measuring Up compiles it in a way you can easily review it.  The goal is simple - develop metrics and report results.

Standard surveys have standard reports, but customization of reports is available.  Custom surveys spawn their own reports - and can lead to further customization of the survey to ensure the right questions are asked in order to achieve the answers needed.

Measuring Up Analysis

Once you get your report, don't just file it.  Study it...understand what your customers are really saying.  If they love you because you can fix things quickly, they're really saying you have bad products...unless you are a repair shop.  If they love you because you handle returns easily, they're really saying they aren't buying what they really wanted in the first place - which means your sales team isn't listening to them.

There is always an opportunity to improve even if the numbers make it look like you're the king of the hill, when in fact you're slowly rolling downhill.  Fast or slow, when you hit bottom, you hit bottom.

Reporting alone can all too often be used to justify your existence.  To avoid this, Measuring Up has partnered with RCTI Business Resources.  Their Analyst Group* features experts in administration, distribution, finance, human resources, marketing, sales and technology.  They can provide unbiased analysis to help you understand where you really stand with your customers - and what you should do about it.

*The RCTI Business Resources Analyst Group is comprised of professionals representing Right Choice Today Consulting, Right Choice Today Promotions, CMB Ventures, PeopleLution, SalesConsulting, and White Nagle Mazza & Associates.
